The project in small town Hradec reflects the need for a new center and revitalization of the historical building of the National House. There is library, information center and a cinema hall with bar. The concept of the project was based on the connection of all functions and the transformation of the building into a modern cultural center of the city, with various social events. The community center was designed in an old attic with huge empty space, so there was the biggest enlargement potential of the house. New approaches to the house were found also as the solution of barrier-free operation. Project contains the preservation of the historic interior of the cinema and historic character of the building from Podolská Street. The new constructions were situated to the court / back side of the house.

Projekt Komunitního centra v Hradci nad Moravicí měl za cíl zrevitalizovat budovu Národního domu, ve kterém je umístěna zároveň knihovna, informační centrum a kinosál s barem. Komunitní centrum bylo navrženo jako vestavba do nevyužívaného podkroví s možností adaptability na různé společnenské akce. Koncept projektu byl založen na propojení všech funkcí a proměnu budovy v moderní kulturní centrum města. Součástí bylo zřízení nových přístupů do domu, vyřešení bezbariérovosti provozu, záchranu historického interiéru kina a dostavby domu tak, aby nebyl narušen historický ráz budovy z ulice Podolská.
