The Moravian Karst is a locality visited by more than a quarter of a million visitors a year. The starting points of the tourist infrastructure are currently burdened not only by traffic but also by uncontrolled visual smog, which makes it difficult for the visitor to orientate himself and direct him to points of interest such as caves, abysses and information centers. The task of the managment of CHKO (Managment of the landscape protected area) was not only to devise a new unified orientation system, but also to consider "cleaning" the space. We chose a clear concept of indicators - graphically and verbally unambiguous, multilingual, relevant. The constructions are made of larch prisms, we also sensitively chose the proportions of the structures and the graphic content according to the importance of the locality.

Moravský kras je lokalitou, kterou ročně navštíví více než čtvrt miliónu návštěvníků. Nástupní body turistické infrastruktury jsou v současné době zatížené kromě dopravy také nekontrolovaným vizuálním smogem, který znesnadňuje orientaci návštěvníka a jeho směrování na body zájmu jako jsou jeskyně, propasti a informační centra. Zadáním CHKO bylo vymyslet nejen nový jednotný orientační systém, ale také zvážit "vyčištění" prostoru. V návrhu nového značení bylo zohledněno mnoho faktorů - jednotné směrování podané graficky i slovně, vícejazyčně, relevantní. Samotné konstrukce jsme navrhli z modřínových hranolů s ohledem k přírodnímu prostředí, volili jsme citlivě proporce konstrukcí i grafický obsah dle významu lokality.
